The purchase of travel or other products and services hereafter the Services on this site constitutes an agreement between you, the customer, and the agency that operates this site
and implies your acceptance of the agency's terms and conditions described below.
Booking:
Booking methods: Reservations are made exclusively online on our website.
An online booking form must be completed and payment made in full to validate the
booking.
Booking confirmation: Once the payment has been validated, a confirmation email will be
sent to you to the email address indicated at the time of booking, this email will include the
details of your booking (dates, services, total price).
Payment:
Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit cards, Prices are quoted in US dollars.
Payment Security: Our site is secure and uses encryption to protect your banking details.
The travel balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival or upon receipt of the invoice
for bookings less than 30 days before.
Cancellation:Cancellation terms Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email) to
(contact@sky-rose.com) and within the given deadlines.
Cancellation Fees: As soon as bookings are initiated, penalties apply in case of cancellation on your part
Before 90 days: refund of the amount, with a 5% processing fee.
Before 60 days: 10% of the total amount.
More than 31 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount.
From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
From 7 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic, etc.) preventing the
travel from taking place, the sums paid will be refunded, minus the administrative fees.
Modifications: -Any modification of the reservation (dates, services) must be notified in writing and subject to
availability, modification fees may apply.
-The service provider reserves the right to modify the program in the event of force majeure or
for reasons beyond its control.
Included services: The services included in your trip are detailed in the booking confirmation.
Not included services: Services not included are mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Responsibility: Our role is to put the customer in touch with the service providers, We are not
responsible for any changes to the program, delays, cancellations or modifications made by the
service providers, It is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance covering
cancellations, interruptions of stay, medical expenses, etc.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on your travel documents
and invoice upon receipt. Please contact the Agency immediately if you become aware of any
inaccuracies in the documents received, otherwise the Agency will not be responsible for any
errors or omissions in your booking.
Personal data:- The personal data collected during the booking is processed in accordance
with our privacy policy, by booking you agree to these general terms and conditions of sale in
full.
- We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes: such as your name, email
address, passport number and information about the payment methods used, We only keep
your data for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes or in accordance with legal
requirements. Your data is treated confidentially and securely, You have the right to access,
